Bootstrapping competitive edge with frontier tokens

The author argues a competitive edge can be bootstrapped by quickly identifying bottlenecks and durably removing them with frontier tokens. It's harder than it looks because technology isn't the binding constraint—so technical ability isn't necessarily the key talent dimension. Durability is the key bit.
