OpenAI's reachvb says Codex and ChatGPT Work quality issues are fixed and the reset is rolling out to all users. After investigating user-reported Astra quality issues, the team fixed skills over-triggering or blocking self-checks, context management causing early stops or stale replies, and misconfigured engines degrading quality.
