Nebius launched its free AI Builder Program, offering $400+ in credits and discounts, a cookbook with working code examples, integrations with Tavily, LangChain and others, models from NVIDIA, Qwen and MiniMax, partner credits, and engineer office hours. Partners include Hugging Face, Cognition, OpenHands, Composio and Prime Intellect. A reasonable option for developers testing AI systems without budget.
