Clay, the AI go-to-market engine company, announced a $115M Series D led by Wellington Management at a $7.1B valuation.
The founder outlined the company's arc: Act 1 aggregated the best data, Act 2 built GTM infrastructure (audiences, workflows, agents) on top, and Act 3 will create a self-learning revenue engine — predicting the next best action for a business, from tweaking a subject line to shifting marketing strategy or even product direction.
Per a funding recap, Clay's trajectory: $2.5M seed → $13.5M Series A → $46M Series B ($500M val) → $40M B extension ($1.25B) → $100M Series C ($3.1B) → this round ($7.1B), for $317M total raised.
