Show-Harness Turns Off-the-Shelf VLMs Into Real Robot Policies, No VLA Needed
MikeShou1 · x · 2026-09-10
Zechen Bai's team introduces Show-Harness, an embodied harness that lets existing VLMs — GPT Astra, Gemini, Claude, even lightweight Qwen and InternVL — directly drive real robots as policies, positioned as 'Claude Code for robotics.' No calibration, no extra VLA training: the bet is that a strong robot policy is already hiding inside your VLM.
