OpenAI case study: GPT-6 Astra builds a house in Blender from one prompt, then moves it into UE5

OpenAI's developer blog details a workflow using GPT-6 Astra (inside Codex) to go from a single text prompt to an interactive 3D house: Astra writes Blender Python (bpy) scripts to generate geometry, materials and lighting while self-checking preview renders, with the human steering direction and reviewing floor plans. A second prompt moved the scene into a viridian forest at golden hour with atmospheric scattering. The assets were then ported to Unreal Engine 5 as a first-person explorable space — a checkable path from natural-language intent to editable 3D scenes.
