Ex-Continue founder publishes 'The Superdark Factory' paper on fully automating software

After Continue's acquisition, co-founder Tyler Dunn reveals his next project: 'The Superdark Factory: Toward the Full Automation of Software,' co-authored with Disintegrator and published in Antikythera (MIT Press). Endorsed as the best thinking on the limit behavior of software development, the paper argues 'superdark factories' — fully automated software production — already have precedent in compute-bound researchers using compute markets (e.g. Jane Street) and could spread to other domains soon.
