Per Hugging Face's public agent-usage dataset, August request share / user share by coding agent: Claude Code 46.5% / 38.7%, Codex 17.5% / 23.3%, Cursor CLI 14.0% / 5.4%, Hermes Agent 3.9% / 5.8%, Antigravity 1.6% / 5.1%. Claude Code leads on both metrics; Codex has more users relative to its traffic, while Cursor CLI's traffic share far exceeds its user share, suggesting heavier per-user usage.
