YC-backed Moonshot launches 24/7 listening personal AI agent on iPhone, opens 100 beta spots

Moonshot, a YC-backed startup, has launched an iPhone app that acts as a proactive personal AI agent: it listens ambiently 24/7, continuously builds context about your life, surfaces open loops and emotional trends before you notice them, and can act on your behalf. The team argues software has waited to be asked for 50 years and the next great products will provide value unprompted. On privacy, it says audio chunks are deleted after transcription and nothing leaves the device without consent. 100 beta spots are now open.
