The creator breaks down "Seven Shells", a 62-second AI short keeping one character consistent across 14 Grok Imagine Video 1.5 clips. Seven clips came from agent mode; seven more were seeded from stills of existing clips to lock the visor, hair and lighting.
Post pipeline: each clip upscaled 2x, per-frame depth map and character matte, background inpainting; in DaVinci Resolve each shot is a live Fusion comp with character/background layers, eye-pinned parallax, depth wipes, screen-blended ghost layers, taiko-synced glow, and RIFE in-betweens.
