A Brazilian college student moved into his family's garage and built a Polymarket trading bot with Claude — $794,000 profit in 14 months, without manually writing a single line of code. The entire system was generated by Claude Opus.
How it works:
- Trades 5-minute BTC markets on Polymarket: 288 cycles/day, a trade every 81 seconds, 40,266 trades completed
- Running costs only $10/month
Strategy: Markov chain analysis — when BTC breaks a persistent trend, the system computes the probability the next candle continues the same direction; if probability hits 87%+ and the market hasn't priced it in (Probability − Market Pricing ≥ Threshold), it trades.
The edge: after market close each day, Claude reviews the day's trades and automatically adjusts the strategy.
