CLI Tool Update: Full Nested Command Tree Support for Shell Completion

The asc developer tool has updated its shell completion feature to understand the full nested command tree in Bash, Zsh, and Fish. Subcommands and path-specific flags appear where they belong, while hidden and deprecated compatibility entries are excluded. Users need to regenerate the completion script after upgrading.
