CLI Security: Pre-flight Checks and Input Sanitization

Updates introduce input validation and sanitization. Known list validation errors now exit with code 2 before auth or network operations. Additionally, usage diagnostics strip terminal controls, bidi text, broken UTF-8, and injected newlines, making it easier and safer to automate around bad inputs.
