JSON Output Fix: Precise Preservation of Sparse Resources and Nulls

An update fixes JSON output logic to precisely preserve sparse-resource presence. Missing attributes stay missing, explicit nulls stay null, and empty values are not invented or dropped. This resolves a previous issue where typed custom decoders would lose attributes:null.
