Implementing AI Text Watermarks via Constrained Sampling for EU AI Act Compliance

To comply with the EU AI Act's requirement that AI-generated text must be detectable, the author experimented with a straightforward text watermarking strategy: constrained sampling, using the @vllmproject.
Inspired by @bojieli, the author also utilized an agent to help generate a demo GIF and plans to publish a detailed post on this implementation soon.
