Claude Code CLI update: Self-hosting and cross-session permission controls

Detailed changelog released for Claude Code CLI version 2.1.224. New features allow turning local machines or containers into execution environments for web, mobile, and desktop sessions via claude self-hosted-runner (Team and Enterprise plans only).
Additional updates include:
- Archive plugin source: Install zip plugins directly over HTTPS without git or npm, with optional SHA-256 pinning.
- Cross-session & permissions: Added crossSessionInbound and dialogExpiry settings, holding messages sent to sessions with bypassed permissions for approval.
- AWS Bedrock optimization: New env var to prefer specific cross-region inference profiles.
- Sandbox credential-masking: Options for structured env value extraction and matching.
