DSpark Open-Sources Speculative Decoding Path for Kimi K3

The radixark team announced that they contributed three checkpoints to the latest release, most notably the DSpark speculative decoding path for the Kimi K3 model.
This is currently the only speculative decoding path available for Kimi K3 today, significantly accelerating inference speed in production environments. The drafter model is now available on Hugging Face for developers to integrate.
