AMD says its Helios rack-scale AI platform is in full production and ships this quarter

At Advancing AI 2026, AMD CEO Lisa Su said the new Helios rackscale platform is already in full production and will ship this quarter, with ramp-up expected next quarter.
The images show the platform branding and the underlying rack-scale hardware stack, including CPU, GPU, DPU and networking components aimed at at-scale AI deployments.
