AMD CEO Lisa Su says the company’s new AI accelerator packs 320 billion transistors, uses TSMC’s leading 2nm and 3nm processes, and combines 12 compute and I/O chiplets with 432GB of memory using advanced 3D chip-stack packaging. She called it the industry’s highest-performance AI accelerator.
