Corporations already have the accountability rails AI agents are missing

The reply argues that corporations already solve this problem: when a company signs a contract it cannot fulfill, society does not chase individual shareholders, because the entity has a registered agent and address on file.
That same infrastructure, the thread suggests, is what AI agents currently lack.
