Codex Desktop can delegate one directive to multiple running tasks

A user reports that Codex Desktop can now send the same owner directive to multiple running implementation tasks through an internal <codexdelegation> message.
- The message appears inside each target thread as a new user message: “Sent by Codex from another chat.”
- The target agent keeps its own project context, workspace, and history while receiving the delegated instruction.
- The screenshot shows this being used to consolidate multiple tasks into one implementation agent, without editing repository files.
