Synthesia launches Roleplay Sessions for enterprise training
Synthesia says its new Roleplay Sessions product adds a conversation-practice layer to its upcoming Sessions platform. The company positions it as a way for businesses to:
- deliver instruction with AI video
- let employees practice important conversations and scenarios
- provide personalized coaching and feedback
- measure skill improvement over time
Synthesia says the product addresses a widening gap between what employees know and what they can do. It cites estimates that 44% of workers’ core skills will be disrupted by 2027, while 63% of employers say they cannot close the gap quickly enough.
The company also claims early enterprise deployments are showing results, including:
- nearly 30% average skill uplift at a major global recruiting firm
- nearly 70% of sales reps at a Fortune 10 company returning voluntarily for repeat practice
- adoption across large customers, including one of Europe’s biggest companies by market cap and a top-ten Fortune 100 company
