Using Claude to Analyze Government Contract Gotchas

Mark Cuban fed Denver's public PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) contract to Claude, asking it to find 'where the city got screwed'. Claude successfully identified 6 issues, such as completely opaque pharmacy program pricing and multiple instances of 'spread pricing' clauses allowing profit retention. This demonstrates LLMs' potential for long-document professional contract auditing.
