Mark Cuban fed Denver's public PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) contract to Claude, asking it to find 'where the city got screwed'. Claude successfully identified 6 issues, such as completely opaque pharmacy program pricing and multiple instances of 'spread pricing' clauses allowing profit retention.
