This post highlights Sharpa's exclusive partnership with Dairy Queen, deploying its robot named North in a consumer-facing commercial store for the first time.
The key focus is its ability to work within existing human infrastructure rather than redesigning processes for robots:
- It cannot alter the store layout and must adapt to existing tools, utensils, and equipment.
- A major task is handling ice cream mixtures, a viscous and physically unstable material requiring the robotic arm and hand to adjust torque and force in real time.
