Claude Code 2.1.208 Update Released

Claude Code 2.1.208 has been released, bringing 45 CLI changes. Key updates include:
- An optional screen reader mode has been added, switching to plain text output to improve accessibility and readability.
- Background agent replies that fail to deliver are now saved and will continue sending upon session restart, preventing lost drafts.
- Piped JSON / stream-json output will no longer truncate large responses, allowing claude -p to return complete results.
Additionally, arguments like --label were added, some environment variables were adjusted, and prompts along with metadata statistics were updated.
