Claude Introduces Usage Review Feature

Anthropic's Claude has introduced a new Reflect feature to review how you use Claude.
It generates a usage summary covering your frequently asked topics, usage habits, and common task types; currently, you can view chat activity from the past 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. The system also analyzes your peak usage times and primary use cases. An upcoming update will add a view showing "how much time you've spent on Claude."
