ChatGPT Developer Mode Fix: Supports MCP with Custom Instructions Simultaneously

ChatGPT's Developer Mode has been updated. Previously, enabling this mode forcibly disabled memory and custom instructions; now this issue is fixed. Users can seamlessly add and use custom MCP (Model Context Protocol) services without sacrificing personalized settings.
