Flaws Found in Codex Sub-Agent Orchestration

The post points out a flaw in how Codex (or ChatGPT) orchestrates sub-agents: the spawnagent tool does not allow users to select the model or reasoning intensity. As a result, spawning a sub-agent always launches another identical Sol Ultra instance, leading to rapid quota depletion.
