Codex Sub-Agent Orchestration Flaw Drains Quota with Expensive Models

A flaw in Codex's sub-agent orchestration forces spawned agents to inherit the expensive parent model, rapidly draining usage quotas. Developers have found a temporary workaround by modifying the config.toml file.
