CineMobile: On-Device Image-to-Video Generation

CineMobile proposes an image-to-video diffusion method that runs on mobile devices to generate cinematic camera movements.
By leveraging techniques such as distillation-guided pruning, diffusion distillation, and hybrid quantization, the project achieves significant acceleration while maintaining image quality.
