Anthropic Project Files Duplicated

The author reports that after Anthropic merged the cowork and project views in its desktop interface, project files between the web and desktop apps seem to have been duplicated, resulting in two separate sets of content (web and cowork) for the same project. The author mentions this causes conflicting instructions and has already wasted a significant amount of time sorting out.
