Seeking Proxy Tools to Intercept Claude Code Raw Requests

Matt Pocock is looking for a reliable proxy tool to use outside of Claude Code to inspect the raw data actually sent to Anthropic. He prefers a harness-agnostic solution (e.g., compatible with Codex) for debugging and monitoring the requests made by coding agents.
