App Store Connect CLI 6.4.0 released with App Bundles management and more
The open-source App Store Connect CLI (asc) has released version 6.4.0, with author rudrank sharing the updates across multiple posts in a single day. This release expands management capabilities beyond the App Store Connect website, with command-line control over app packages and App Bundles at its core.

- New asc web app-bundles command family: since App Bundles have no public API, they previously could only be managed on the App Store Connect website — you can now view, create, and manage bundles and submit them for review (m8, m9).
- Fixed a team cache race condition: a cached team could win a write race, causing writes to land on the wrong team; this is now fixed (m2).
- More robust web sessions: cookies re-issued by Apple mid-session no longer cause the session to be lost (m2).
- Field validation now aligns with Apple's official spec: several field flags previously rejected values Apple actually accepts, and included resources now support their own field flags (m3).
- New parameters that eliminate web-only steps, such as asc apps update --accessibility-url and asc users invite --provisioning-allowed (m4).
- Asset Library placements now support full querying, filtering, and sorting, e.g. asc localizations placements view --id (m5).
- Video uploads can now specify a poster frame in the same call, no second call needed (m6).
- Product Page Optimization (PPO) tests can upload treatment preview images directly from the command line; previously they could only be listed (m7).
