asc CLI aligns field flag validation with Apple's actual spec

Several field flags in the asc CLI used to reject values Apple actually accepts, before anything was sent. These lists now match Apple's spec, and included resources take their own field flags:
asc builds list --app APPID --include app --app-fields name,bundleId
