asc CLI Improves Screenshot Upload Error Handling and Concurrency
The asc CLI screenshot tool now defaults to 10 concurrent uploads per group with per-stage timing diagnostics, and failures—both upload groups and receipt writes—are surfaced as blocking errors instead of being silently masked.
