asc CLI defaults screenshot uploads to 10 concurrent files, adds timing diagnostics

Two updates to the asc CLI's upload tooling: screenshot uploads now default to 10 concurrent files per set (asc screenshots upload --concurrency 10, supported range 1-10) while reservations preserve file order; and asc asset-library images upload --progress emits per-stage JSONL diagnostics to stderr for reservation, transfer, commit and processing — without credentials, signed URLs or local paths — with receipts including timings and observed retries.
