Google DeepMind Proposes ResidencyRL for Training Medical AI Agents
Google DeepMind and Google Research have published a new study in Nature advancing their medical AI system, AMIE, and introducing a novel training method called ResidencyRL. Inspired by how human doctors accumulate clinical expertise through residency programs, this approach is designed to help AI translate broad medical knowledge into practical clinical skills.
