Claude Launches Reflect Usage Review Feature

Anthropic has launched a usage review feature called Reflect for Claude, currently in beta. Similar to "screen time" on smartphones, the feature is designed to help users review their AI usage habits and reflect on when to use or turn off the AI, preventing over-reliance.

Key Details and Features

Reflect allows users to look back at their usage over the past 1, 3, 6, and 12 months. The system generates a readable report showing peak usage times, key topics, task types, and cumulative hours. Additionally, the feature enables users to set "quiet hours" and break reminders to better manage their usage pace. Users can access this dashboard in the settings page on both web and desktop clients.

Availability and Limitations

Currently, the Reflect feature is available for Free, Pro, and Max plan users. It is important to note that the feature only operates if the user has the "memory" feature enabled, and the review data explicitly excludes incognito chats and health integration content.
