Claude Launches Monthly Usage Review

Claude has introduced a new Reflect page for users to review their monthly usage.
It displays the times you use Claude the most and what you were primarily doing during those periods. It also offers Quiet Hours settings and Break Reminders to help users better manage their usage habits. Users can find this dashboard under Settings -> Reflect.
