Claude Code Introduces AI Usage Reflection Report

Claude Code has introduced a new "Reflect" feature, similar to Screen Time, which generates a readable AI usage report. It allows users to review key topics, active periods, task types, and total time spent over the past 1 to 12 months. The feature analyzes user-AI collaboration habits and offers improvement suggestions, while also allowing users to set quiet hours and break reminders to prevent AI addiction.
