斯坦福 Kundaje 实验室线程介绍两款新工具：FiNeMo（Austin T. Wang 开发）利用模型衍生的 contribution scores 高效准确地在序列中定位 motif 实例、映射到 TF-MODISCO motif 并建模 motif 竞争；MotifCompendium（Salil Deshpande 与 Chang M. Yun 开发）是 GPU 加速的开源包，可对来自大量模型或多任务头的大规模 motif 进行高效的聚类、统一、索引、注释与管理。MotifCompendium V1.0 已于 2026 年 1 月更新至 main 分支，随附 ENCODE GRAMMAR 资源的技术说明论文。
