10-minute Sherlock Holmes anime made with ComfyUI and Claude Code, files included
shiwano · reddit · 2026-11-08
A Japanese developer adapted the opening of 'The Three Garridebs' into a 10-minute anime using ComfyUI orchestrated by Claude Code via his open-source tool konte, publishing all project files. Stack: Krea 2 Turbo (character sheets/backgrounds), MiniMax H3 (keyframes/dialogue/motion), Zonos2 (narration), Stable Audio 3 (music/SFX). A dedicated sub-agent reads the EPUB and builds production notes — scene breakdowns, character/location descriptions quoted from the book — which drive character references and shot planning; the human curates, the agent generates. He plans to adapt the rest to evolve konte for longer videos.
