ICLR authors: rebut nitpicking reviewers by quoting their exact claims
brunofmr · x · 2026-11-07
Advice for ICLR 2027 authors: if you have solid evidence a reviewer is nitpicking, flag it to your AC. In rebuttal, quote the exact claim and rebut it specifically (e.g. "standard in my area, see refs, pp. 12–14"). "Feels AI-written" or a bare AI score is not enough.
