PageIndex's Page Search Agent targets the hardest PDFs for document AI: engineering documents. It locates the exact page and returns answers with visual citations you can click to verify.
Demo case: a steel column shop drawing with views, sections, welds and a bill of materials — asked to "list the features marked as centered", it highlights each matching part (p1175 flat bar, p1022 plate, a1085 angle, p1117). Available via web or API with your own PDFs.
