Problem #2 of running 100 AI agents: shared context drift, loss and token bloat
goyalshaliniuk · x · 2026-11-07
Part 2 of the series: managing context is hard when 100 agents run simultaneously — agents may work with outdated information, shared memory can become inconsistent, context passed between agents loses important details, and too much shared context inflates token consumption. Remedies: centralized state management, structured handoffs, versioned data, and clearly defined memory boundaries.
