Dev replaces vector-search RAG with Markdown + knowledge graphs via Claude CLI, claims ~95% fewer hallucinations

A developer building an AI layer for a complex ERP app found vector-search RAG retrieved incomplete context. He instead wrote structured Markdown docs for every module, table and business rule, had Claude generate knowledge graphs linking them, added a read-only MCP server for live DB queries, and wired it all through Claude CLI — reporting far better multi-module answers and an estimated 95% hallucination reduction (unbenchmarked). Still experimental; he's now tackling per-user data isolation at the app/MCP layer.
