Access your coding agent's localhost via Tailscale instead of waiting for Vercel deploys
chongdashu · x · 2026-11-07
When building games with Grok Bot (or similar coding agents), the app runs on the agent's machine, so localhost:5173 isn't reachable from your computer—forcing you to wait for Vercel preview deployments.
The fix: use Tailscale to put your machine and the agent's machine on the same private network, giving you secure direct access to any running port for instant preview and iteration. A handy trick applicable to any remote coding agent workflow.
