Open-source tool turns Garmin health data into daily LLM agent check-ins

- garmin-data-export (Apache-2.0, GitHub) pulls all Garmin Connect health data to a local store shaped for a personal agent: one JSON per day, one per activity, plus a daily summary with steps, sleep, stress, resting HR, HRV, body battery, workouts and weigh-ins.
- Started as a bulk export for NotebookLM (a single 170 MB text file, still available for long-term analysis); the author switched day-to-day from large Gemini Notebook metric analyses to daily check-ins with Muse.
- A reusable reference workflow for local health-data agents.
