YC-backed Domu (S24) builds an AI workforce for collections, servicing, sales and retention at banks, insurers and healthcare firms. In BNPL its agents collect $186 for every $100 collected by human operations, serves 4 of the 5 largest US BNPL companies plus 3 top-10 banks, and recently raised $15 million.
