Antigravity Remote Agents: AGENTS.md Rules and MCP Servers Port Across Sandboxes
clmt · x · 2026-11-06
Two technical details about Google Antigravity's Remote Agents:
1. Decoupled Linux sandboxes: A Remote Agent in Antigravity runs in an isolated cloud VM. Setting environment="remote" in the Interactions API provisions that sandbox and returns a reusable environmentid (env...) that can be reused or forked across runs.
2. Zero-translation portability: The .agents/AGENTS.md rules, .agents/skills//SKILL.md workflows, and remote MCP servers built interactively in Antigravity mount directly into environment.sources via API, along with proxy-injected secrets and network allowlists.
